Overview
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Financial Systems & Forecasting Analyst to ensure the accuracy of automated accounting processes and enhance AI-driven forecasting with real-world insights. This role is remote, but you must be available to work on California (PST) hours during the training period.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing financial data generated by RPA automation, validating accounting accuracy, and strengthening forecasts by integrating external insights (competition, market trends, location-specific details) using AI tools like ChatGPT.
What You’ll Do
-Monitor and review automated financial processes (journals, reconciliations, expense categorization, etc.).
-Ensure data accuracy across accounting systems and dashboards.
-Review AI-driven projections (run rates, cash flow, variances) and refine forecasts.
-Use LLMs/AI tools to gather market and competitive insights and integrate them into dashboards.
-Support CFO-level reporting by ensuring dashboards reflect both accurate accounting and real-world context.
Must-Haves
-Professional qualifications in Accounting and Finance.
-3+ years in financial accounting, FP&A, or a related role.
-Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
-Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and financial modeling.
-Familiarity or interest in automation (RPA) and AI tools
-High attention to detail and ability to review large datasets.
-Clear communication skills to present insights effectively.

Compensation Structure
-Month 1: LKR 120,000
-Month 2: LKR 130,000 (upon completion of Month 1 KPIs)
-Month 3: LKR 140,000 (upon completion of Month 2 KPIs)
-From Month 4 onward: LKR 150,000/month (gross salary)
