Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales across B2B channels with a strong focus on hotel partnerships.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and partner acquisition.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Niwadu’s value-added services.
• Partnerships & Networking
Onboard new hotels onto the Niwadu platform and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotels and industry stakeholders.
• Market Development
Identify and onboard new travel agents and corporate clients.
Explore niche travel segments to diversify offerings and expand market reach.
• Client Relationship Management
Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and partner retention.
Conduct account reviews and collect client feedback to refine services.
Manage CRM records to track engagement, conversions, and performance metrics.
• Reporting & Strategy
Provide weekly/monthly sales performance and pipeline reports.
