What You’ll Do
As a Student Counsellor/Recruitment Executive, you’ll:
Support the team with student inquiries and application processes.
Assist in organizing open days, school visits, and education events.
Communicate with potential students via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Help maintain and update student records in our CRM systems.
Learn how to promote courses and build relationships with schools and agencies.
Contribute to student campaigns, social media content, and lead generation activities.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet someone who is:
A final-year student or recent graduate (any discipline welcome).
Friendly, confident, and a natural communicator.
Passionate about education, people, and growth.
Fluent in English (and Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn fast.
