About the Role
Caphive is hiring passionate and knowledgeable online tutors for a well-established Australian education provider, seeking tutors who can deliver personalised learning support in English for students in primary, middle, and senior school.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring in English across all grade levels.
Assess student learning needs, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Curriculum development and material creation.
Work with the academic coordination team to develop tailored online learning resources.
Stay updated with curriculum requirements and best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
Key Criteria
Familiarity with the Australian, US & UK Curriculum is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain a positive online learning environment.
A genuine passion for education and commitment to student success.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Education, English or a related field.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor lessons to varying student abilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
