Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Assistant Cum Travel Coordinator located in Gampaha. As an Office Assistant Cum Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the office and travel activities of the company. Your tasks will include managing the front office, receiving and directing visitors and clients, managing office supplies, providing support for travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s filing systems, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfil administrative requirements.

Qualifications

  • Ability in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
  • Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
  • Knowledge of local attractions, and transportation is a plus
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment preferred
  • Passed A/L’s in Commerce Stream OR IATA Basic Certificate preferred.
