We are hiring a skilled and professional Barber to join a growing salon in the Maldives.

This is a long-term overseas opportunity for barbers who are confident in modern men’s cuts, fades, and beard styling, and who want stable income with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Men’s haircuts (classic & modern styles)
  • Fades (low, mid, high)
  • Beard trimming, shaping, and grooming
  • Client consultation and style recommendations
  • Maintaining hygiene, tools, and workstation
  • Building and retaining loyal clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a barber
  • Strong skills in: Fades, Beard styling, Scissor & clipper work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude and punctuality
  • Ability to communicate well with clients

Base Salary: MVR 7,000 (est LR 129,000)
