Senior Sales Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their sales career who is passionate about learning, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales position with responsibility for sales targets. (Tech industry preferred).
A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and helping clients solve complex problems
Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed

Responsibilities
Achieve a defined monthly sales target through new business acquisition and existing business development
Manage inquiries regarding Konekt’s service portfolio
Develop sales pitches and proposals with the guidance of the senior team
Generate sales reports
Present and sell our software products and custom development services
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on business objectives
