5.15 AM – 1.15 PM
1.15 PM – 9.15 PM
9.15 PM – 5.15 AM
Job Description
The Associate – Payment Processing is responsible for reviewing, validating, and updating incoming and outgoing fund-related requests while ensuring full accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Review and validate all incoming/outgoing payment-related requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
– Monitor, track, and update transaction progress in the system.
– Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized payment records.
– Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries or issues related to payment processes.
– Generate regular operational and transaction reports as required.
– Support daily payment-processing operations to ensure timely workflow completion.
– Safeguard sensitive financial information and ensure confidentiality.
– Assist management in improving processes, workflows, and issue resolution.
Skills & Requirements
– Minimum education: High school diploma or higher education such as Diploma or Degree.
– Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing transactions.
– Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and risks.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
– Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines.
– Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload effectively.
– Willing to work on public holidays as required.
– Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
