Maintenance Manager/Engineer
Strong knowledge in:
Central air conditioning systems (VRF/VRV, chillers, AHU, FCU)
Industrial refrigeration systems (cold rooms, ice plants)
Electrical & control systems (PLC/BMS basic knowledge)
Hands-on experience in:
Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Preventive & corrective maintenance planning
Managing service teams and technicians
Experience in large-scale commercial/industrial projects is highly preferred
Exposure to energy-saving and efficiency projects is an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good knowledge of:
HVAC system components (chillers, compressors, ducting, etc.)
Leadership & people management skills
Communication skills (Sinhala & English)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Degree/Higher diploma/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/AC & Refrigeration
