About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive (Ticketing) with strong expertise in airline ticketing and proficiency in Amadeus GDS. The role involves managing ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds while ensuring accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesIssue, reissue, and process airline ticket refunds using Amadeus GDS.
Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, company policies, and procedures.
Respond to customer ticketing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
Stay updated with airline schedules, fare rules, and industry procedures.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
Strong understanding of ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
