We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Student Counselor to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Counselling and Support: Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students to provide course information and payment details .
Actively seek potential clients through networking, prospecting, and following up on inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to identify at-risk students and implement strategies that support their overall well-being.
Program Development: Organize workshops and seminars for students and parents on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, mental health awareness, and peer pressure.
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, social media) specifically designed to meet sales targets.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all counselling sessions and follow-up actions, ensuring compliance with school policies and privacy regulations.
