Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administration Supervisor, you will be required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional and results-driven manner. Preference will be given to candidates with prior café experience, particularly those who have worked as a barista and have a demonstrated ability to attract and drive coffee sales.
Sales Development
Develop and implement promotion & sales strategies for café products (including our in-house coffee brand) and other assigned products.
Leverage barista knowledge and customer engagement techniques to promote and upsell coffee and café items.
Search for new business opportunities and negotiate with potential clients to grow sales.
Demonstrate and present coffee, tea & other products to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
Reach and maintain sales targets consistently.
Provide regular feedback to Management on sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
Proactively attract and retain a loyal customer base through exceptional product knowledge and service.
Cafe Operations Coordination
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service flow.
Train new and existing staff on communication standards, service excellence, and effective sales techniques.
Initiate and facilitate team training and brainstorming sessions to improve service quality and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as relevant health and safety standards.
Organize and maintain a clean café environment, including creating and monitoring cleaning schedules.
Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service.
Drive sales through visual merchandising, menu development input, and seasonal promotions.
Staff Accommodation Coordination
Coordinate staff housing arrangements, including check-in/check-out procedures under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Collect and report accommodation maintenance requests to the Maintenance team.
Ensure cleaning schedules and linen management are followed.
Monitor waste disposal and cleanliness of the accommodation areas.
Maintain accurate records of staff accommodation assignments and availability.
Office Coordination
Ensure office cleaning routines are followed and address any issues with the appropriate department.
Oversee waste management and cleanliness of the overall office space.
Monitor and report general maintenance concerns related to the office premises.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Department.
Process and maintain documentation related to various HR and operational needs.
Organize and handle printing, filing, and overall documentation systems.
Prepare and submit reports on operations, activities, and staffing as required.
Ensure all tasks are executed as per the Standard Operating Procedures of the company.

WORKING HOURS:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week (Friday off).
Note: Shift rotation may apply as per operational needs.
