The Role We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the voice for our diverse portfolio of clients, managing end-to-end social media campaigns that drive engagement and real business results.
You will not just be posting; you will be strategizing. You will work directly with clients to understand their vision, collaborate with our internal design team to bring that vision to life, and analyze data to optimize for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration & Strategy:
Lead monthly workshops with clients to gather input on upcoming campaign topics, interest areas, and business goals.
Translate client needs into a cohesive Content Marketing Calendar.
Maintain clear communication with clients, gathering feedback and implementing revisions to ensure their brand voice is perfect.
Content Creation & Coordination:
Write compelling, SEO-rich captions and develop creative graphical concepts.
Collaborate with our internal team of designers to produce high-quality assets, including static graphics, video content, and AI-generated video clips.
Utilize Adobe Express for agile content creation and edits.
Campaign Management & Execution:
Schedule and deploy campaigns across a wide variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Nextdoor, and Google Business Profile.
Manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance daily using our internally developed dashboard tool.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives and copy to identify what resonates best.
Analyze data to generate comprehensive campaign reports, offering actionable insights for optimization.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest marketing trends and social media experiments.

Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Reporting: Internal Dashboard Tool.
Who You Are
Experience: You have 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Reliable & Dedicated: You are a committed professional with no commitment issues, ready to take ownership of your role.
Tech-Ready: You have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable laptop/workstation.
A “Social” Native: You are enthusiastic about marketing and branding, with engaging personal profiles on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn that showcase your understanding of platform trends.
Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
Organized: You can juggle multiple client calendars and deadlines without missing a beat.
