Role Description

We are looking for a female candidate with good communication skills to handle customer interactions, prepare quotations, and support costing activities. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be an added advantage for understanding drawings when preparing quotations. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations & Costing Assistant located in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations for products and services.
Support the costing process by reviewing technical drawings and requirements.
Assist in the cost estimation process by analyzing drawings, material requirements, and labor costs.
Collect and verify data on material prices, labor rates and manufacturing processes.
Maintain and update cost databases with the latest market trends and pricing.
Review and update costing records to ensure accuracy.
Follow up with customers on quotations and maintain positive business relationships.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the costing process to ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications:

Completed G.C.E. A/L (Mathematics stream candidates will be given priority).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
No prior work experience required – full training will be provided.
