Job Description –
- Responding to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
- Providing clear information about our medical services
- Supporting sales by developing strong knowledge of our full service offering
- Maintaining accurate records using Excel and Word
Requirements: Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Previous experience in customer service preferred
Working hours: 09:00 – 19:00 UK time (Monday–Friday)
