Midnightdivas is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Retail Shops to lead and direct our shop managers across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide Shop Managers to implement effective, efficient sales strategies
Set and drive achievement of sales targets across all retail locations
Design and manage staff incentive structures (targets and bonuses) to motivate and retain top talent
Monitor shop performance and provide coaching to managers to improve results
Ensure consistent customer experience and brand standards across all shops
Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Requirements

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or multi-store role
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Female candidates preferred, given the nature of the business
Must reside within close proximity to Nawala
