Junior Executive – Digital Marketing and Client Relations [Full-Time]

Location – Mount Lavinia

Work mode – Full-time onsite

Experience – 1-2 years of experience [Digital Agency only]

We seek a highly motivated Junior Executive – Digital Marketing and Client Relations to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with hands-on knowledge in digital strategy development and client handling.
• Qualified with a Marketing degree or fully certified by CIM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
• Knowledge and expertise in digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong and professional client relationships at all times.
• Take full ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan engaging social media content in English & Sinhala and ensure daily posting consistency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand objectives, provide regular campaign updates, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
