Key Responsibilities: * Prepare & present high-quality meals for the guests. * Plan & manage daily kitchen operations. * Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards. * Work closely with the team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a boutique hotel or resort. * Excellent knowledge of Western & local cuisine. * Creative, responsible and ability to work independently. * Team Player with a positive attitude.
