Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: MILLIUNIQUE INTERIORS (PVT) LTD
Location: Ja-Ela, Gampaha District
We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating quotations, and converting potential leads into successful sales for our interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients and attend client site visits according to leads and schedules provided by the Marketing Coordinator.
Visit client locations, take accurate site measurements and photographs, and identify customer requirements.
Coordinate with the office team to obtain quotations and present proposals to clients.
Follow up with clients, negotiate prices and terms, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
Basic English communication skills and good communication abilities.
Ability to negotiate, build customer relationships, and close sales.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
A positive attitude, self-confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Male candidates aged 20–30 years.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: LKR 50,000–80,000 per month.
Commission: Performance- and target-based commission.
Potential Monthly Earnings: Approximately LKR 150,000–200,000, depending on sales performance.
Company-provided motorcycle.
Fuel allowance.
Accommodation allowance for eligible candidates travelling from outside the local area.
