Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO, IT, or technical services environment.
Proven experience handling high-volume and technical hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
