Our client is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team in Sri Lanka as Global Support Agents
for the Japanese Desk.
In this role, you’ll engage with Japanese-speaking customers, helping to improve conversion rates
and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to Japanese-speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) is essential.
Minimum 1 year of call center experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate within a global team environment.
