MRF Pretreads is a trusted and preferred brand among consumers for its quality and superlative performance. To strengthen our growing presence in the market, MRF LANKA is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
·         Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in retread business and tires.

·         Manage network of retreaders & ensure order collection, claims processing and communication on new products.

·         Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments within stipulated periods.

·         Regularly visit & build strong relationship with retreaders, fleet customers & end users

·         Identify and convert new business opportunities.

·         Prepare reports on market intelligence & competitor activities in retread & tire business after regular market visits.

·         Propose plans to leadership team for increasing market share and launching new products.

·         Track performance of products under testing & prepare reports on monthly basis.

✅ Requirements
·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

·         Proven experience in sales and/or marketing

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

⭐ Preferred Skills
·         Experience in the tire retreading industry will be an added advantage.

·         Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
