MRF LANKA is seeking a Accounts manager to join our dynamic team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

·        Costing- Product and Import shipment.

•      Carrying out routine work such as make all the Bank payment vouchers journals Dr/Cr notes      Petty cash payments and updating the SAP system.

•      Reconciliation of Bank statement on daily basis.

·        Publish Monthly P&L, Prepare Annual Budget, costing, Cash Flow , Stock revaluation report, Material utilization loss, Customs duty verification, Conversion Cost and Import Customs Duty verification.

·        Handle annual audit of the Company.

·        Monitor Vendor outstanding payments and prepare Pay orders / pay order requests. Follow up Customer collections, banking and outstanding details and reporting to the management. Preparation of BG letters and send reminder to the banks and respective Customers and file all necessary documents.

·        Issue Credit/Debit notes.

·        VAT / SSCL – preparation of schedules & return submitting, VAT refund and IT related matters with IRD.

·        Staff salary preparation and checking of Contract workmen salary calculations.

·        Preparation of EPF/ETF/PAYE tax and submitting return.

·        Annual budget preparation.

✅ Requirements
·        Qualified/Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant from a recognized university / Institute.

·        Fare knowledge about SLAS ,Taxation and working with RAMIS (IRD System)

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·        Minimum 04 to 05 years of experience in manufacturing companies.

⭐ Preferred Skills
·        Experience in SAP operations will be an added advantage.

·        Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
