CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate must be around 25-55 years.
▪ Completion of G.C.E. A/L is a minimum requirement, any other Academic and/or Professional Qualifications (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage.
▪ Proven track record around 3 years as a Business Development Consultant or in similar capacity in any reputed Company. (Prior experience in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage)
▪ Colombo & Suburb would be preferred.
▪ Excellent oral communication skills and negotiation skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
▪ High-end customer base
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
▪ Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
▪ Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
▪ Maintain high quality service standard & following organization quality standard.
▪ Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales targets given by the management.
