Overview
Nair Systems is currently looking for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
– At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
– Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
– Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
– Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.
Required Special Skills:
– Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
– Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
– Good understanding of Financial Institutions products and services.
– Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Strong reporting and presentation skills.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
– Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
