Overview

Key Responsibilities

Regularly update and maintain accurate pricing for hotels, excursions, and transport services (in the system).
Liaise with hotels, guides, drivers, and activity providers to collect seasonal rates and offers.
Ensure all supplier contracts and rate agreements are up to date.
Monitor and compare competitor pricing to keep offerings competitive.
Flag inconsistencies, missing data, or expiring contracts.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and assist in rate negotiations when necessary.

 

Requirements

Strong knowledge of MS Office package or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Prior experience in the travel/hospitality industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Sri Lankan tourism is a bonus.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in any field (travel/hospitality experience is an advantage).
Being punctual, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
Based in or around Negombo
Willingness to commit to a long-term role
