*Location:* Work from home with occasional travel to Kalutara and Colombo

*Job Type:* Part-time

*Responsibilities:*

– *Administrative Support:* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

– *Supervision:* Supervise and oversee the work of support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

– *Travel:* Travel to Kalutara twice a week and one day in Colombo as required for meetings, errands, or other work-related activities.

– *Remote Work:* Work remotely from home for the remaining days, maintaining regular communication with the team and promptly responding to emails and messages.

– *Appointment Scheduling:* Research and coordinate appointments with service providers such as plumbers, electricians, mechanics, etc., as needed.

*Qualifications:*

– *Bike or Car Ownership:* Must own a bike or car for travel to and from work locations.

– *Supervisory Skills:* Ability to supervise and manage the work of support staff effectively.

– *Organizational Skills:* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

– *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and service providers.

– *Problem Solving:* Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.

– *Tech Savvy:* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

– *Flexibility:* Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and travel requirements.

*Education and Experience:*

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
– Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
