Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Accounts Assistant / Personal Assistant to support daily accounting tasks and provide administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, and basic accounting records
  • Handle payments, receipts, and expense tracking
  • Provide personal assistant support (emails, scheduling, reminders)
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, or accountants

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills (English/sinhala)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Driving license is also a plus point
