Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Accounts Assistant / Personal Assistant to support daily accounting tasks and provide administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, and basic accounting records
- Handle payments, receipts, and expense tracking
- Provide personal assistant support (emails, scheduling, reminders)
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, or accountants
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good communication skills (English/sinhala)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Driving license is also a plus point
