Night Phone Operator Wanted – Work From Anywhere
We’re a small hotel with 10 rooms, located in Colombo 3. And we’re looking for someone reliable to answer phone calls at night. This job can be done from anywhere, as long as you have a quiet place and a good phone connection. This job role is ideal for someone who is anyway working nights.

What you’ll have to do:

  • Answer calls politely and maintain an excel list with phone number and request
  • If a guest wants to check in late, coordinate with security
  • Simple, calm work during the night

What we’re looking for:

  • Good English + Sinhala
  • Friendly and clear on the phone
  • Reliable and willing to work night shifts

Hours:
Around 10 PM to 7 AM

Pay:

  • attractive salary
  • Commission for every confirmed booking
