Overview

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a people-focused technical lead role.
  • Proven experience in an engineering leadership or technical management role.
  • Strong proficiency various tech stacks with a solid understanding of WordPress.
  • Tech stack you’ll work with:

Frontend; Angular 20.3, TypeScript 5.9, RxJS 7.x, Angular Material, SCSS.

Backend Integration; ASP.NET WebApi, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, WebSocket.

AI Integration; Maitento AI Platform, Real-time streaming responses

DevOps & Monitoring; Elastic APM, Microsoft Clarity, GitHub API

  • Highly valued skills: .NET/C# backend experience, MongoDB, AI/ML integration, Session-based workflows, Credit/billing systems.
  • knowledge or experience being involved in pre-sales and supporting business development efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset, taking ownership of tasks while working in alignment with the company’s culture and management style.

What you will be doing:

  • Technical Leadership & Development Support – Lead a team of Software Developers and UIUX Developers, providing guidance and mentorship across multiple technology stacks, Angular/ React js.
  • Providing hands-on coding support – Support the development team by addressing technical challenges and providing hands-on coding support when required. Assist in writing and reviewing code as needed to maintain project standards.
  • Act as the technical representative when communicating with management. – Communicate complex technical requirements in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical/ technical stakeholders.
  • People & project Management – Provide line management support for developers and oversee their growth and performance. Act as a liaison between development teams and senior management, reporting directly to the leadership team.
  • Conduct and participate in daily stand-ups – Organize and facilitate stand-up meetings across development team, ensuring all developers stay updated on project progress, blocks, and next steps.
  • Gather and present technical reports – Create detailed technical reports with insights and recommendations, ensuring leadership has a clear understanding of project health and technical challenges.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Project management domain knowledge – understanding sprints, backlogs, story points
  • SDLC familiarity – how development teams actually work
  • Prompt engineering – if you’ve worked on AI integration
  • Markdown rendering – markdown-it, syntax highlighting
  • Data visualization – ApexCharts, Mermaid diagrams
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
