Job Vacancy – Associate Risk & Compliance
Location: Havelock City, Colombo 05
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
We are currently looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Associate Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with internal systems to process and manage tasks
Handle payment transaction-related operations
Ensure accuracy and efficiency when completing assigned tasks
No prior experience required – Training will be provided after joining.
Working Schedule
Employees will be required to work on a monthly rotational shift basis:
Morning Shift: 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM
Mid Shift: 12.00 PM – 09.00 PM
Night Shift: 09.00 PM – 7.00 AM
5 working days per week
2 off days per week
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $200
Fixed Allowance: $50
Total Salary: $250 (Approximately LKR 72,000 depending on exchange rate)
Employees may be required to work on Poya days and Mercantile holidays, depending on their assigned shift, with opportunities to earn additional income.
Important Note
This role requires full-time commitment.
Candidates who are currently studying or planning to study part-time while working are not eligible, as fixed off days cannot be provided.
