Job Description:
Power Hands Plantation is looking for experienced and dynamic individuals to join our Nittambuwa branch as Senior Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales backgrounds who are passionate about achieving targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets
- Promote company products and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Support and guide junior sales team members when required
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Micro Credit, Banking, or Insurance fields will be added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Age between 22 – 60 years
Preferred Candidates:
- Proven experience in sales or field sales roles
- Target-oriented and self-motivated individuals
- Skilled professionals willing to grow within the company

- විකිණීම් ඉලක්ක සපුරාලීම සහ ප්රතිඵල වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම
- සමාගමේ නිෂ්පාදන හා ආයෝජන අවස්ථා ප්රචාරණය කිරීම
- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ ශක්තිමත් සබඳතා ගොඩනගා ගැනීම
- නව විකිණීම් අවස්ථා හඳුනා ගැනීම සහ වර්ධනය කිරීම
- අවශ්ය විට කනිෂ්ඨ කණ්ඩායම් සාමාජිකයින්ට මගපෙන්වීම ලබාදීම
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්:
- G.C.E. උසස් පෙළ (A/L) සමත් වීම
- මූල්ය, වෙළඳකරණය, විකිණීම්, මයික්රෝ ණය, බැංකු හෝ රක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්රවල අත්දැකීම්
- හොඳ සන්නිවේදන, සාකච්ඡා හා නායකත්ව කුසලතා
- ස්වයංක්රීයව වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව සහ ඉලක්ක සපුරාලීමේ හැකියාව
- වයස අවුරුදු 22 – 60 අතර
