Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Experience or knowledge in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Micro Credit, Banking, or Insurance fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Age between 22 – 60 years

- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ ශක්තිමත් සබඳතා ගොඩනගා ගැනීම
- විකිණීම් ඉලක්ක සපුරාලීම හා නව ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සොයා ගැනීම
- නව වෙළඳපොළ අවස්ථා හඳුනා ගැනීම
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්:
- G.C.E. උසස් පෙළ (A/L) සමත් වීම
- මූල්ය, වෙළඳකරණය, විකිණීම්, මයික්රෝ ණය, බැංකු හෝ රක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්රවල අත්දැකීම් හෝ දැනුම
- හොඳ සන්නිවේදන හා සංවාද කුසලතා
- ස්වයංක්රීයව හා කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව
- වයස අවුරුදු 22 – 60 අතර
