Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Production Executive to join our FMCG manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved
Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company standards
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
Minimize downtime and optimize production output
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG manufacturing/production
Knowledge of GMP and production processes
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
