Position Details
• Job Title: Resident Doctor
• Location : Maharagama – Nawinna
• Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical training programs.
• Support senior medical staff in emergency and critical care situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
• MBBS degree or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license & registered with Sri Lanka Medical Council.
• Minimum 10 Years experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working hours
Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 3.00 pm) and Saturdays (9.00 am to 2.00 pm.)
What we offer
Basic Salary plus allowance Rs.250,000 – Rs.300,000 Negotiable according to qualifications and Experience, permanent employment with annual salary increment.
