Sea Wave Holidays, an international travel agency with 30 years of experience, is looking for a Reservation Executive to join our growing team!
Role Description The Reservation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. This position is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, providing information on travel packages and accommodation options, and processing reservations accurately through booking systems. Daily tasks include confirming bookings, updating reservation records, coordinating with hotels and other service providers, and managing changes, cancellations, and special requests. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-up. The Reservation Executive also supports sales initiatives by promoting suitable packages, upselling services, and maintaining professional communication with guests and partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and partners.
Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Proficiency in reservation or booking software and basic computer applications
Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are required.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
