Machine Operator – Male / Female
Job Description
We are looking for motivated male and female candidates to join our production team as Machine Operators. Previous experience is not compulsory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
Operate production machines safely and efficiently.
Follow machine operating instructions and production procedures.
Maintain the required daily production output.
Check products for quality and identify defects.
Load and unload materials as required.
Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
Report machine problems, defects, material shortages and other issues to the supervisor.
Record production quantities and other required information.
Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
Learn and operate additional machines when required.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn machine operation.
Ability to follow instructions carefully.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Responsible and disciplined attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic reading and writing ability.
Previous factory/machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential.
Training & Career Growth:
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and can progress through:
Trainee → Machine Operator → Senior Operator → Skilled/Multi-Machine Operator
Salary increases may be provided based on skills, performance, productivity and responsibility.
