Overview

We are looking for a part-time, remote Company Administrator & Personal Secretary to manage social media, emails, and client communications. The ideal candidate should be open-minded, flexible, and have no strong commitments or ties to family, allowing for focus on work and building a close relationship with the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media engagement with foreign clients.
  • Organize and manage emails for the MD
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients
  • Perform light administrative and personal tasks for the MD.Requirements
  • Experience: Social media management, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Personal: Open-minded, flexible, and able to form a close relationship with the MD.
  • Must own a laptop and have reliable internet.
