Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening.
* Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services.
* Update customer information in the CRM system after each interaction.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
