🚖 Join Our Team as a Junior Operations Executive (Remote | Customer Service – Inbound & Outbound Calls)
Smartzi, a dynamic UK-based passenger transportation company, is on the lookout for a proactive communicator to be part of our growing remote team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making an impact, this role is for you!
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ A strong team player with a collaborative spirit
✔️ Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated
✔️ Sales background (a plus, but not essential)
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
– Monitoring and distributing jobs to drivers
– Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
– Coordinating seamlessly with clients, drivers, and internal teams
Shifts:
– Roster-based 8-hour shifts (Early Morning / Day / Night)
– Candidates must have their own laptop/device
