As a retired Commodore of the Sri Lanka Navy with over 32 years of distinguished service, I bring extensive leadership experience in both combat and non-combat operations conducted across Sri Lanka. I have a proven track record of directing complex missions in challenging environments, ensuring operational success, and maintaining the highest standards of discipline, training, safety, and welfare of the personnel under my command.
My expertise spans Naval Special Forces operations, Naval Infantry, Command and Control, Decision-Making, Resource and Personnel Management. Additionally, I possess strong competencies in VIP Protection, Practical Shooting, the Development of Comprehensive Security Strategies, Physical Security Audits, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response Planning. I have also coordinated effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to implement robust and sustainable security measures.
