Reporting To: Senior Manager – HRBP

Overview
The HR Executive will support relevant business heads by providing overall country HR management for the Head Office and other assigned locations. The role involves working closely with the business to embed the corporate culture, engage employees, and optimize performance, while ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and compliance with local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with employees, demonstrating commitment and support throughout the employee life cycle.

• Apply local specifics to global HR policies and ensure clear communication across the region.

• Ensure policies comply with local labour laws and corporate direction.

• Implement and control HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Drive culture-building activities and recommend local/global initiatives.

• Act as an ambassador for organizational values, ensuring effective internal communication.

• Support business strategy cascade across employee levels.

• Collaborate with Recruitment team to ensure right talent acquisition within budget.

• Oversee performance management process and deliver induction/training programs.

• Identify ongoing people development needs and recommend interventions.

• Implement employee engagement activities within budget guidelines.

• Advise, coach, and guide line managers on people management responsibilities.

• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, payroll, visas, files, separations).

• Publish and analyze HR dashboards (headcount, leave, exits) and recommend actions.

• Manage employee relations and act as SPOC for benefits and insurance queries.

• Support training delivery, monitor training data, and provide feedback.

• Organize staff events such as annual parties and team-building programs.

• Support recruitment processes including job descriptions and interviews.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline (CIPD preferred).
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of local labour law and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.

Performance Metrics
• Performance & Career Management: % of employees executing individual development plans, % participating in career programs.

• Employee Retention & Productivity: Turnover rate, profit per employee.

• Training & Development: Training hours per employee, productivity improvement after training.

• Compliance: Adherence score to HR policies, non-compliance reports across locations.
