Job Description
We are looking for a Factory Admin Manager with strong experience in export quality control, factory administration, and operational management. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth factory operations, compliance with export quality standards, workforce management, and coordination with management and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and administrative functions
Manage Export Quality Control (Q/C) processes and documentation
Ensure compliance with international export standards (EU / UK / USA markets)
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
Handle factory documentation, reports, and statutory records
Supervise and manage factory staff, supervisors, and labor workforce
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance within the factory
Liaise with auditors, inspectors, buyers, and government authorities
Monitor production efficiency, wastage control, and cost optimization
Support management in process improvements and operational planning
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in factory administration or operations
Prior experience in export manufacturing industry (coco peat, agriculture, food, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Export Quality Control (Q/C) procedures
Familiarity with ISO / HACCP / GMP / Global G.A.P. standards (added advantage)
Good understanding of Sri Lankan Labor laws and factory regulations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting, email communication)
Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
