Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Attend to customers and understand their vehicle accident repair requirements.
2.Prepare accurate job cards detailing customer concerns and vehicle damages.
3.Coordinate with insurance assessors and prepare repair estimates and quotations.
4.Advise customers on repair procedures, timelines, and related services.
5.Liaise closely with the Body & Paint workshop team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
6.Coordinate with the Spare Parts Division to ensure the availability of required parts.
7.Follow up on insurance approvals & liaise with the Finance Department for settlements and payments.
8.Provide regular repair status updates to customers and ensure transparency throughout the process.
9.Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly.
10.Maintain a positive image of the company through professional service and effective communication.
Qualifications & Experience
•3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor.
•A degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.
•Good communication skills & customer oriented.
•Good command in Sinhala, English languages & Positive attitude.
•Should possess a valid driving license.
