Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our POS systems to potential clients, addressing their specific business needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their operational challenges.
Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications
Age between 22 to 26 years.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the technology, software, or POS industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil, with proficiency in English.
