Overview
Ideal candidate should oversee the outlet’s bar operations and other bartenders’ work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience. He/She ensures the smooth running of the bar. He/She should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. He/She may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in beach clubs and | or 4-5* Hotels chain hotels.
· Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
· Analyze alcoholic beverage business
· Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct staff performance assessment process.
· Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.
· Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships.
· Implement loss/risk prevention.
· Lead team to implement change.
· Manage and implement business continuity plans.
· Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
· Manage cost and quality controls.
· Manage crisis situations.
· Manage food and beverage operations.
· Manage guest service.
· Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
· Manage training.
· Prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails.
· Prepare molecular mixology beverages.
· Understand and analyze spirits.
· Understand and master cocktail components.
