The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Call Agent (Appointment Setter) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on initiating outbound calls to generate leads, build relationships, and secure appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients within the USA.
Effectively communicate the value of our services and generate interest.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the senior sales or project management teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activities and lead statuses.
Operate reliably within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Requirements & Skills
Industry Experience: Prior experience working in an IT Company or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is highly ideal.
Technical Literacy: Basic IT knowledge combined with relevant professional experience to comfortably discuss tech-adjacent topics.
Market Familiarity: Previous experience working with a USA-based company is considered a strong advantage.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Environment: A quiet, dedicated remote workspace with a reliable internet connection.
