Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead our operational team and ensure smooth business operations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining high standards of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain productivity standards
* Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery
* Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, ensure quality control, and implement process improvements
* Communication: Coordinate between different departments and maintain clear communication channels
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics
* Training & Development: Guide and mentor team members, conduct training sessions when required
* Problem Solving: Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions promptly

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED CANDIDATES:
**Retired personnel from the Three Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) are especially encouraged to apply
**Military background with proven leadership and disciplinary experience highly valued

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
* English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential
* Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of customer handling experience
* Team Management: Proven track record in managing and leading teams effectively
* Educational Background: Minimum of Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic computer literacy and email communication
* Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory)
