Job Entry Criteria:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good spoken and written English
• Willingness to learn and positive work attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in Finance would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with filing and maintaining financial and administrative documents.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Handle general phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation for cash, card, and online payments.
• Deposit daily cash collections and maintain accurate deposit records.
• Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor customer receivables and assist with follow-ups on overdue accounts.
• Maintain and update the company’s Fixed Asset Register.
• Post bank transactions and support bank reconciliation processes.
• Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
