EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role in a technology or solutions-based environment.
• Basic post-secondary education: a diploma or certificate in business, IT or a related field is acceptable.
• Prior exposure to commercial operations, technical sales or working with ICT/security/enterprise technology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist in managing and expanding B2B sales pipelines, particularly in the ICT and law enforcement technology verticals.
– Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
– Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation in collaboration with the SOO.
– Coordinate with technical partners and suppliers on specifications, pricing, and delivery.
– Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of CRM, sales trackers, and order management systems.
– Participate in product demonstrations, field deployments, and training events when necessary.
– Support logistics and after-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
– Fill in for team lead in day-to-day sales and operations responsibilities when required.

– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Dhivehi – written and spoken.

• Salary: MVR 10k – 12k (Including Food & Accommodation Allowance)
